  February 12th in the Small Reading Room of the Winchester Public
  Library\, Town Common members will be training representatives of
  organizations that impact Winchester how to input their events\,

  organizations in town. It's the town's common space where we can reach
  beyond our silos. Drop In anytime between 10am and 11:30am for a
