  flavor profiles in a fun and approachable setting. And of course\,
  we'll pair the cheeses with a beverage or two. Come ready to learn and
  be surprised! Whether it's centuries old or cutting-edge\, we promise
  you'll discover a new cheese! 
 
 Liz Clarke is our Cheese\, Charcuterie & Catering Manager. She holds a
  MA in Gastronomy from Boston University\, with a special focus on
  artisan cheeses. She also trained at the renowned Formaggio Kitchen
  before bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to Nouvelle Maison.
