The south half of the newly renovated Winchester Center station will be open for use on September 30, 2024. Inbound and outbound Commuter Rail service on the Lowell Line will resume at the Winchester Center station too. Construction on the north half of the station will continue until winter 2024.

The MBTA and the Winchester Station Project Team would like to invite you to a virtual public meeting where the project team will give an update on the completed construction activities to date, the station reopening, and what work is anticipated in the upcoming months.

The parade will assemble at 9:00am at the Winchester High School and step-off at 9:15am from Skillings Road and follow the route to Town Hall, where Civic Exercises will take place at the Edward F. O’Connell Memorial Plaza. Included in the line of march will be Senator Jason Lewis, Representative Michael Day, members of the Town Government, scouts and the Masons.

The Civic Exercise will include Rev. Earl Darlington who will deliver the Invocation and Benediction, Winchester High School Band, Boston Fireman’s Band, speakers Commander Festus McDonough, and the 6^th grade essay winner will read her
