Beat of Life: A Percussion Concert

Please join us for an exciting evening of music performed by the members of the WCMS Percussion Ensemble. This lively concert will feature works by Mozart, Strauss, Albeniz, Grimo, and Tillapaugh. The eclectic program brings you favorite works from the Classical period, transcribed for the sound of a modern percussion ensemble.
The concert will be presented live in Nichols Performance Hall.

Blooms & Bulbs: Think Spring this Fall!

Join Dawn Burau from Wild Indigo Gardening for a hands-on workshop. You'll take home some Paperwhite Bulbs and learn how to grow and care for them for winter blooms! Additionally, Dawn will present information on planting outdoor bulbs, such as daffodils and tulips, for spring flowers: tips, tricks, design ideas and more! Now is the time for planting spring flowering bulbs so join us to learn more.

Bluegrass Jam

Join us for an afternoon of spontaneous, relaxed bluegrass playing! Open to all ages; participants should be able to play simple chords in time. You'll get an introduction to the world of bluegrass jamming and learn about the kinds of songs you'll encounter in your local jam scene.
Limited to 12 participants, acoustic only. Free admission.
