<p>Winchester Boat Club is a private recreational club, located on the shore of Upper Mystic Lake offering sailing, swimming and other recreational and social activities. The Club was founded in 1900 as a canoe club and is Winchester’s oldest operating recreational club.</p>
Mission
What is the purpose of your organization? Why do you exist? Why should people join or support you?
<p>Winchester Boat Club is a predominantly volunteer-run membership organization that was founded to encourage athletics and boating and establish and maintain a place for social opportunities. Today, Winchester Boat Club provides all this as well as maintaining our decades-long tradition of educating members of all ages in water safety and swimming and sailing skills.</p>
