Liz Clarke is our Cheese, Charcuterie & Catering Manager. She holds a MA in Gastronomy from Boston University, with a special focus on artisan cheeses. She also trained at the renowned Formaggio Kitchen before bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to Nouvelle Maison.
